Three Wolves
First impression/ Getting into character
Amarillo, Simcoe & Nelson Sauvin hops dominate this elaborate Pale Ale, bursting with citrus & tropical notes and a well-balanced bitterness. Inspired by the Latin name for Hops, Humulus Lupulus, which translates into “Wolf of the Woods”, Mac’s Three Wolves Pale Ale features US hops Simcoe and Amarillo, as well as local hero Nelson Sauvin. Three hops, three wolves, one very tasty Pale Ale. The trans-Pacific trifecta of hops will really give your tastebuds something to howl about.
A bit of history
The youngest pup in our wolf pack, Three Wolves is already the third biggest seller in the Mac’s Brewbars.
Make it a meal
A great all-rounder, the fruity hop notes in Three Wolves pair well with the zing of fresh herbs on a wood-fired pizza, or try it while wolfing down a glazed pork belly or a classic chili con carne.
