Miss Conduct
First impression/ Getting into character
Miss Conduct Dry Hopped Pilsner pours a light golden colour with a fruity citrus flavour and light, crisp finish. Not every lager is as straight-laced as it looks. Just like the librarian who’s a roller derby rebel after hours, this badass beer is more than meets the eye. Miss Conduct is a dry-hopped pilsner brewed to score a skilful balance between the sweetness of Pilsner and Munich malts and the subtle bitterness coming through from a generous helping of Nelson Sauvin, Citra and Taiheke hops. All these elements laced together result is a light, golden coloured beer that has a fruity citrus flavour and a light, crisp finish.
A bit of history
With parentage tracing back to classic German-style Pilsners, this rebellious young miss has taken a slight turn away from tradition, using hops grown in the US and New Zealand for a bit more attitude. Launched in August 2018.
